The Intelligent Miner’s automation, robotics and AI expert, Nermina Harambasic is an engineer, founder of O-MOD, and a capital project oversight/advisory/management consultant. She also co-leads the Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM) Diversity Inclusion Advisory Committee’s (DIAC) “Neurodiversity in Mining” programme which aims to enhance the workplace for neurodivergent individuals and promote their hiring.
