She is a CPA in both Canada & the US and holds a JD with an environmental law certification and an ESG board certification. The Intelligent Miner’s automation, robotics and AI expert, Nermina Harambasic is an engineer, founder of O-MOD, and a capital project oversight/advisory/management consultant. She also co-leads the Canadian Institute of Mining (CIM) Diversity Inclusion Advisory Committee’s (DIAC) “Neurodiversity in Mining” programme which aims to enhance the workplace for neurodivergent individuals and promote their hiring.

Jonathan has been writing for and editing trade journals in the mining and other heavy industrial sectors for more years than he cares to remember.
